"Good value, even if the app has a few bumps"
For the price, Mendi has felt worth it to me. Getting it set up was simple, and I’ve been using it a few times a week, usually for short sessions when I have a quiet few minutes. The app can be a little clunky here and there, like when it takes an extra second to load or feels slightly less smooth than I’d like, but nothing that has stopped me from using it. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Super easy to use"
I’ve been using this app for a bit now and it’s been really simple and smooth. No issues so far, so I’d definitely recommend giving it a try

"Sleeping a little better lately"
I’ve been using Mendi for about a month now, mostly at night, and it’s been a smooth experience overall. I didn’t go in expecting a huge change, but I do feel like my sleep is a bit deeper and I’m waking up less during the night. The app can be a little glitchy here and there, so I’d give it 4 stars, but I’m happy with it so far...

"Honestly, it’s just okay"
It works fine overall, but the headband starts feeling tight after about 15 minutes. It’s not terrible, just not the most comfortable for wearing very long...

"I’ve been using Mendi for a..."
I’ve been using Mendi for a few weeks now, i do feel like my focus is getting better. The training sessions are easy to stick with and kind of fun, which helps. It’s definitely not some instant miracle fix, but I’m seeing enough progress that I’m interested in keeping it up. Also, if there’s any kind of credit or compensation for sharing feedback, I’d definitely appreciate it.

I’m assuming it’s accurate based on the readings matching what I expected most of the time. I haven’t done any super detailed testing, but so far it feels accurate enough for everyday use.

"Works fine for everyday use, but could be smoother"
I’ve been using Mendi most days, usually in the morning after coffee or later if I forget, and overall it’s easy to get the hang of. It took me a little bit to figure out the flow, but once I got used to it, it became part of my routine. The app can feel a bit slow sometimes, and there are moments where I’m not totally sure what I’m supposed to tap next, which is a little annoying if I’m already half distracted. Still, it does what I need it to do. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing or super polished, but it’s not bad either, just something that could be a bit smoother.

"I like the idea behind mendi, and when..."
I like the idea behind mendi, and when it connects properly, the sessions are straightforward and easy to get through. The app itself is simple, which I appreciate, because I don’t want to spend a bunch of time figuring out settings before I can actually use something.
That said, the connection has been kind of inconsistent for me. Sometimes it pairs right away, and other times I’m restarting Bluetooth or closing and reopening the app just to get started. It’s not a dealbreaker, but at this price, my personal standard is that it should feel a lot smoother, especially when I’m just trying to fit in a quick session.

"Pretty good training session overall"
The training was good, honestly. It was clear enough to follow, and I didn’t really feel lost or anything. I mean, some parts were maybe a bit quick, but overall it made sense and was helpful.

I wasn’t expecting much from the battery. Used it for a day, then another… still going. No weird issues, no constant charging. Just kind of nice when something lasts longer than you thought it would...

I’ve been looking into this more recently, and the studies they mention make it feel like there’s some real science behind it. So far, it seems legit enough to me

"I’ve been using mendi after work most..."
I’ve been using mendi after work most days, and it does help me calm down a bit. My stress isn’t magically gone or anything, but I do feel more settled after using it. Not perfect, but it’s been a nice little routine for me.

"I’m picky about privacy stuff, so before..."
I’m picky about privacy stuff, so before I started using Mendi I actually went through the settings and had a look at the policy. It was easy enough to understand and didn’t feel buried under a ton of legal-ish nonsense, which I really appreciated.
So far I feel comfortable using it, and it doesn’t come across like it’s trying to grab or push my data all the time. That matters a lot to me, tbh. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from mendi.io when I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to deal with any shipping headaches, so I was relieved that the whole thing was simple.
The tracking came through quickly and actually kept updating, which I appreciated. The package even arrived a little earlier than I expected, and everything was packed properly when it got here.
No back-and-forth with support, no wondering where my order was, nothing stressful. It just showed up like it was supposed to, and that was exactly what I needed.
"Still keeps me coming back"
I keep using it because it genuinely motivates me every day, and that’s what matters most. That said, I do get a little annoyed when the communication isn’t clear and I have to figure things out on my own. Overall though, it’s still something I come back to regularly.
"Instructions felt a little off"
The instructions were okay for the most part, and some steps were easy enough to follow. But something felt off in a few places, like the wording didn’t quite line up or I was missing a detail. I had to reread certain parts more than I expected, which made the whole thing a bit more confusing than it needed to be.

"Good app, subscription was easy enough"
I used Mendi for a few months and overall had a good experience. Signing up was simple, and when I decided to cancel, it wasn’t a hassle. I also got the usual email receipts and subscription updates, which made it easy to keep track of things. The app worked well for me, though I do wish it showed a bit more detail around progress and results.

"Solid so far, thankfully"
I’m just relieved this thing actually feels well-made because I’m so tired of buying stuff that shows up feeling cheap right out of the box. So far, it works like it’s supposed to and doesn’t have that flimsy, bargain-bin feel. No major issues yet, which is more than I can say for half the products I’ve tried lately. Happy with it for now.

"I’ve been using Mendi on and off..."
I’ve been using Mendi on and off for a while, usually when I have a quiet few minutes and want to feel like I’m doing something good for my brain. At first, I was excited to check my progress after each session, and it is nice to see that things seem to improve over time. But after a while, I found myself staring at the numbers thinking, “Okay… but what does this actually mean?” Some days the tracking gives me a little boost and makes me want to keep going, and other days it just leaves me more confused than motivated. The app itself works fine for the most part, I just wish the progress section explained things in a more practical way so I could really understand how I’m doing.
